In a webinar organised by the Hungarian Association of Lawyers as part of the mandatory continuing education of lawyers, Andrea Magdolna Nagy, our practice leader, held a presentation for more than a hundred viewers on the transformation of the Hungarian institutions of consumer protection, the latest powers of consumer protection authorities, new trends in regulatory practices, as well as new and evergreen areas of consumer protection inspections. She shared lots of useful and interesting information with practicing lawyers and corporate counsels about unfair commercial practices, mandatory guarantees, the distinction between certain quality assurance concepts and the monitoring of supply chains.
