Andrea\u2019s presentation was a practice-oriented discussion of unfair commercial practices, such as misleading advertisements, and the rules of the bracketed mandatory guarantee regime that will take effect next year, including useful information on potential exposures to the imposition of fines in audits and the actions that companies will have to take in order to ensure compliance with the new rules.
